Delete your TrackU account

Enter your account email and we will send a verification link. After you verify your identity, TrackU will permanently delete your account and associated data.

What gets deleted

  • Your TrackU account profile and authentication record.
  • Saved expenses, income, categories, receipt data, and statement imports.
  • Files uploaded for scanning, where still retained by the service.
  • App data connected to your TrackU user ID.

Some records may be retained for a limited time when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment records, or backup restoration. This action cannot be undone.

Send verification link

Use the email address connected to your TrackU account. The link verifies your identity before deletion begins.

Prefer to delete in the app?

You can also open TrackU, go to Settings, and choose Delete Account while signed in.
